Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect the information you send us directly. On this site that means the details you put into the contact form and any message you send to sales@eld-f.com or give us by telephone: normally your name, your organisation, your email address, your phone number and the content of your message.

This website does not create accounts, does not process payments and does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to answer your enquiry, to arrange and run a product walkthrough, to provide support, and to keep a record of the discussion. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

3. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies. One preference value — the language you chose — is kept in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. It stays in your browser and is never sent to us.

You can clear it at any time through your browser's site-data settings; the site works normally afterwards.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share it with service providers who help us operate this website and run our business, and only where those parties agree to keep it confidential. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

5. Data security

We apply appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

6. Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also ask us to stop contacting you.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.

8. Contact us
